A 60 minute session via Zoom of a combination of meditation, Reiki, Akashic record reading, and breath work to guide you through intense emotions and bring you ease. The session will begin with a 15 minute tailored meditation based on your specific needs and energy work will follow. Sessions end with 10 minutes of findings and ways to help you stay "unstuck". You will need a meditative & quiet place to lay down during the session. A follow-up email with detailed findings will be sent within 48 hours of the session.
